Responsibilities:
- Find and collect data from a range of sources for use in models, analysis, and project development.
- Cleanse and curate datasets by investigating fresh data sources, working with other business units to choose the appropriate data source, and combining views into useful hierarchies.
- Have a working knowledge of data environments and work with others to enhance automated reports and analysis to assist divisional leaders and business units.
- To meet divisional demands, take advantage of evolving technology and proactively find effective ways to share data and information.
- Support cross-divisional and individual business unit projects involving process improvement and project management.
- Teach and guide other team members in a variety of disciplines and skill sets.
- Adopt safety-conscious practices throughout all operating processes and procedures.

Requirements:
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM)
- 3+ years’ experience in the field
- SQL and ETL/ELT pattern expertise
- Proficiency with SAS, Python, and other programming languages and tools of a similar nature
- Understanding of how to debug a reporting database environment.
- Strong ability to manage various requests with varying schedules and strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter who can work well alone or with others to find solutions to challenging situations.
- Shows that protecting privacy is a top consideration while working with personal data.
- Consistently puts the security and safety of oneself, others, and personal information first.
- Embraces varied people, ideas, and ways of doing things.
- Holds a high school diploma, GED, or other equivalent qualification.
- Possesses legal permission to work in the US and is at least 18 years old.
