The Representative for HR Data Administration As an HR specialist, my duties include completing HR transactions quickly, handling HR cases, keeping up with personnel files, and working with other HR specialists to guarantee the precise and legal handling of HR data. Precise data entry abilities and the capacity to use critical thinking in HRIS-related duties are prerequisites for this position.

Requirements:

  • Complete data entry activities and update employee information in the Workday system.
  • Address problems with HR systems that managers and staff have brought to the attention of the ServiceNow platform in a timely and efficient manner.
  • In cooperation with outside suppliers, maintain personnel files, both electronic and physical, and give internal parties access to required personnel files and related data.
  • To ensure a cogent HR strategy, collaborate closely with experts in other Centers of Excellence (COEs) to address challenging HR problems.
  • Uphold the correctness and integrity of HR data in accordance with business guidelines and applicable laws.
  • Determine areas that could use improvement and make recommendations for how to make HR data administration processes more efficient.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to managers and staff who are looking for HR information and assistance.

Requirements:

  • A high school degree or something similar
  • Preferably, an associate’s degree in HR or a bachelor’s degree equivalent
  • Experience in HR or a similar field of at least one year is preferred.
  • Experience with case management systems (such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.) of at least one (1) year is preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS (such as Workday, SAP, Peoplesoft, or Oracle) of at least one (1) year is preferred.
  • Demonstrates outstanding writing and vocal communication abilities by putting thoughts and information in a clear and succinct manner.
  • Demonstrates the capacity to actively listen to problems and concerns in order to offer relevant solutions
  • Establishes an atmosphere that promotes information sharing among team members by encouraging candid communication with them.
  • Shows familiarity with and understanding of computer technology

Additional obligations:

  • Identify and fix crucial transactional problems with the utmost precision, responsibility, and dependability
  • Real-time work queue monitoring and management while upholding service-level agreements
  • Respect all corporate policies, guidelines, and procedures when carrying out your HR data administration duties.
  • For the purpose of an audit, precisely record all HR transactions, case decisions, and personnel file management operations.
  • Carries out additional tasks as given
