Gigs is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to join their team. If you have a strong customer service background and a passion for technology, this is a great opportunity. You’ll play a crucial role as one of the first hires at Gigs focusing exclusively on customer support. You will collaborate closely with Jonathan, the Customer Support Lead.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first line of customer support, addressing customer inquiries and troubleshooting via multiple communication channels.
  • Handle support tickets promptly, professionally, and in accordance with SLAs.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to escalate and resolve issues effectively.
  • Improve the knowledge base and reduce support queries by tracking and developing frequently asked questions.
  • Analyze and suggest process improvements to provide world-class support.
  • Take a proactive approach to enhancing operations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Support, preferably in a B2B or SaaS tech company.
  • Bonus points for telecom industry experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle customer issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to delivering value and ensuring customer success.
  • Adaptability to new technologies and tools.
  • Capacity to think at scale and improve processes for efficiency.
  • Prioritization and time management skills in a self-driven, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with remote work and fast-paced, distributed teams.
