You’ll play a crucial role as one of the first hires at Gigs focusing exclusively on customer support. You will collaborate closely with Jonathan, the Customer Support Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first line of customer support, addressing customer inquiries and troubleshooting via multiple communication channels.
- Handle support tickets promptly, professionally, and in accordance with SLAs.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to escalate and resolve issues effectively.
- Improve the knowledge base and reduce support queries by tracking and developing frequently asked questions.
- Analyze and suggest process improvements to provide world-class support.
- Take a proactive approach to enhancing operations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Support, preferably in a B2B or SaaS tech company.
- Bonus points for telecom industry experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle customer issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to delivering value and ensuring customer success.
- Adaptability to new technologies and tools.
