Position Description

Robert Half International is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to fulfill its client’s requirements in Shawnee, KS. This position offers a hybrid work schedule that may involve remote work. The successful candidate shall be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and support to clients, resolve their inquiries and issues while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Foster and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer value.
• Exhibit a strong problem-solving aptitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Effectively utilize customer support software, ticketing systems, and other relevant tools.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maintain a seamless workflow.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and a basic understanding of Adobe and Photoshop.
• Record and update customer interactions in the customer support database system.
• Process orders and accept new customers.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Good understanding of how e-commerce transactions work.
• Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
• A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.

Salary:
The salary range for this role is $45,000.00 – $48,000.00 USD Annually, based on experience and qualifications.
