Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently via phone and email for Insurity products.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking of customer interactions and adhere to intake guidelines.
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate resources and follow up until resolution.
  • Monitor work queues and contribute to a knowledge base for training purposes.
  • Seek opportunities to enhance service levels and quality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in customer support, handling customer inquiries through phone and email.
  • Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance (P&C Insurance) industry is required.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Effective time management, prioritization, and organization abilities.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and various internet browsers.

Salary Range: We believe in pay transparency and ensuring fairness in compensation. The salary range for this role is $32,000 to $65,000, commensurate with experience, in addition to the benefits mentioned above.
