To fully utilize the SportsRecruits platform, you will collaborate closely with student-athletes, parents, club owners, directors, recruiting coordinators, and coaches as a member of the Customer Success team.
In order to support clients in achieving their objectives on the SportsRecruits platform, you will act as the initial point of contact for phone, email, and live chat inquiries as a Customer Success Specialist. You will work directly with our Customer Success Management team to support our club and high school customers during the deployment and onboarding process. Responsibilities:
- Handle the SportsRecruits platform’s daily onboarding and renewal process independently. Use your technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills to develop effective solutions for customers.
- Respond to consumer inquiries and bring up concerns with the relevant team members.
- Analyze data to identify areas for product improvement, internal efficiency improvements, and customer issue resolution.
- act as the customer’s representative and gather input to improve the product
- Participate in and support the upkeep of new and current customer-facing resources.}
Requirements:
- One to two years’ experience in customer success
- a strong desire to assist others
- Outstanding communication skills both in writing and verbally; strong troubleshooting abilities; analytical thinking; persistence; and patience
- Excellent with Microsoft Excel; flawlessly detailed; able to prioritize several tasks and deadlines
- strong drive to enhance our users’ experience
- Comprehending the high school and club sports landscape and college recruitment
- Possessing knowledge of programs such as Zendesk, Salesforce, and Gainsight is advantageous.
- Being familiar with the collegiate athletic recruitment process is advantageous.
