Position Description:

We are searching for a Customer Success Advocate to support the development and execution of several of our residential EV charging initiatives in light of recent significant contract wins. You will support our utility and CCA partners across the US as they launch and grow residential EV charging programs that help EV drivers save money while delivering concrete grid and environmental benefits, directly reporting to the Head of Customer Success and collaborating closely with the Head of North America and his team.

What are you going to do?

• assisting our EV users in signing up for managed charging schemes, which entails linking their vehicle or charger to ev.energy and confirming their eligibility and account information. You must be able to communicate with the utilities, our project managers, and the EV drivers directly in order to accomplish this.
• identifying and fixing any problems with charging, data gathering, and reward administration that our EV drivers encounter when taking part in these utility programs;
• calculating and managing any compensation utilities owe EV drivers, which we occasionally pay out via PayPal, Venmo, or Amazon gift cards;
• keeping our database of energy rates and prices current to make signing up for our drivers as simple as possible;
• Improving our Customer Success procedures as a member of an agile team will aid in our global expansion.
