We are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor responsible for leading the Intake Team by supervising customer service representatives and enrollment coordinators. In this role, you will provide guidance, manage daily workflow, schedules, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures. You will be responsible for various aspects of team management, including hiring, training, problem-solving, performance monitoring, and data reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Direct daily supervision of customer service representatives and enrollment coordinators.
- Provide guidance and direction to onsite staff.
- Prepare and manage schedules.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Conduct the interviewing and hiring process.
- Provide staff training and development.
- Problem-solving and follow-up on customer service issues.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, including corrective action as needed.
- Gather data and prepare reports.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in supervising a team in a customer service environment.
- Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of healthcare industry Call Center operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems.
- Ability to identify and solve problems.
- Effective communication with internal and external customers.
- Basic accounting principles and financial report analysis.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and resolve performance issues.
Education:
- Required: High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED).
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.
