Responsibilities:

• Deliver prompt, attentive, and pertinent services to clients and associates.
• To deliver top-notch customer service, manages tier 1 phone, email, and platform-based interactions with clients and cross-functional partners.
• Upholds SLAs established by the customer support team in a reliable and effective manner.
• As a team player, responds to email inquiries, issues with policies, inquiries from customers or agencies, Document mailing along with follow-up correspondence
• Set an example of the attitudes and methods required to deal with small business owners and partners in a constructive and timely manner across all platforms.
• Applies expertise and training from workers’ compensation to problems and concerns about policy, billing, agencies, and production.
• Build connections with internal departments and partners to deliver reliable, high-quality customer service.
• Look for answers to problems while also considering methods to avoid them in the future; speak out for the requirements of and represent the viewpoint of the customer
• Take part in further education
• Perform any additional errands as designated

Requirements:

• A GED or high school diploma is necessary. College coursework or a bachelor’s degree are preferred.
• Experience with customer service for a year is preferred.
• Basic communication abilities: ability to communicate with clients both orally and in writing in a clear and professional manner
• Basic problem-solving abilities to handle easy issues with assistance quickly and successfully
• fundamental self-direction and accountability for one’s own assignments, deadlines, and deliverables
• Capability to function in a group setting and aspires to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
• Salesforce, G-Suite applications, Slack for communication, office supplies including copying, scanning, and mailing
