This position include answering customer support questions, troubleshooting issues, providing information upon request, and managing grievances pertaining to the company’s goods or services.
Tasks could involve, but are not restricted to:
Responsibilities:
- Answers incoming calls about customer accounts and follows up on account inquiries as needed.
- Handles regular payments for clients over the phone.
- Informs clients about the resources that are available, such as using the IVR, online portal, or other techniques, among others.
- Communicate with clients effectively on interest, statements, and other account-related inquiries.
- Identifies accounts that are late or possibly delinquent and routes calls to the appropriate departments for support. Make use of corporate assets to complete one-call resolutions.
- Helps with various administrative activities related to the department, such as office work, emails, and producing reports.
- assists with the onboarding process by training and observing staff members and reporting to management on the results.

Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
- A relevant and applicable experience OR an associate’s degree in business, finance, marketing, communication, or a related profession.
- Strong proficiency with Word, Excel, the Internet, and email.
- Excellent written and vocal communication abilities, as well as a professional phone presence.
- strong bargaining and persuading abilities.
- Capable of managing delicate discussions with grace and diplomacy in order to achieve the intended outcomes.

- Two evening shifts (12 p.m.–9 p.m. and 10 a.m.–7 p.m. CST) per week, plus one Saturday shift every five weeks.
