Position Description

Randstad is currently seeking skilled and experienced Remote Customer Service Sales Specialists to join our team for an exciting peak season coming up in July 2023! In this role, you will be working as an expert shopper/seller from your remote workstation in Winder, Georgia. If you love shopping and enjoy assisting customers in looking and feeling good, then we are looking for you!

As a Customer Service Sales Specialist, you will be required to manage multiple calls a day while simultaneously navigating through 8 to 10 different programs. Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills, active listening skills, basic computer, and software skills, being empathic are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

– Interact with customers via call and provide assistance related to shopping inquiries.
– Navigate through multiple computer programs while handling calls.
– Deliver excellent client service and support at all times.

Qualifications

– Possess high school education.
– Have at least three years of experience as a customer service representative or similar role.
– Be proficient in using computers and familiar with Windows 10 and 11, Macbook Laptop, or Mackbook Pro.
– Have a high-speed internet connection with at least 100Mbps/Downloads.
– Be available to work for one weekend day per week.
