• Someone who wishes to assist the client rather than simply move on to the next
• People that are motivated to go above and above for their customers and use their best judgment when the chance arises
• Swedish and English language proficiency at the professional/business level

Workspace specifications:

• Dedicated desktop or laptop running Windows 10 or higher
• Willingness to set up the 2FA app and MSQ security software on the phone
• Possession of an image-capable smartphone or webcam
• Reliable 25 MBS or higher broadband internet connection
• 8 GB of RAM or more
• Dual monitors are strongly advised.
