Customer service agent in a call center, after training and exams are successful, remote.

Call Center Customer Service Representatives are needed immediately for the day, afternoon, and evening hours.
Three weeks of daytime training will be provided to the customer service agent in the call center. After training, the customer service representative at the call center will work the designated shift on-site. Contact Center Customer Service Representatives are qualified to take exams after 90 days, and if successful, they can choose to work remotely or in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities:

The call center customer service representative is in charge of directly attending to the needs of residential internet, cable, or phone customers. This includes providing general information, handling billing, and promoting and selling goods and services to both potential and current customers.
In addition to making recommendations for technological solutions and offering analysis to customers regarding their purchasing decisions, the call center customer service representative will also thoroughly inform and demonstrate the benefits of the suggested package.
The customer service representative in a call center upholds a strong customer focus and works to ensure that every interaction is pleasant for the customer.

The following are the call center customer service representative’s essential job duties:

  • Providing customers with information about billing invoices, cycles, practices, and procedures that is 100 percent accurate.
  • Suggesting upgrades to consumers’ services when selling.
  • Verification of field appointment times with clients is 100% accurate.
  • Rearranging field appointments at a customer’s request.
  • Fulfilling the assigned tasks for the Final Notice call out program.
  • Receiving all incoming phone calls or walk-in clients, and offering unassisted first-call resolution to their demands as long as they fall within skill proficiencies, billing system privileges, business policies, and departmental processes.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in a customer service environment
  • Prior experience working in a contact center or an atmosphere with lots of incoming calls must be present.
  • Typing proficiency is necessary.
