In Hollywood, a rapidly expanding credit union is seeking a direct hire candidate for the position of customer service representative. You will be in charge of identifying opportunities, needs, goods, and services by working closely with the credit union’s members and customers. You will serve as a front-line representative of the retail department and be in charge of serving members over the phone and via email. Meeting sales targets and completing tasks related to opening and terminating the various account types the credit union offers will be additional responsibilities. You will essentially serve as the first line of defense, promptly and expertly addressing any requests, enquiries, issues, or difficulties raised by members.
A candidate with superior customer service abilities and attention to detail is sought after by Robert Half. Our client provides a flexible work environment and space for advancement! Two of your weekly working hours must be spent on-site in Hollywood; the other three may be spent working remotely. You might have to put in Saturday shifts. The salary is up to $25/hr DOE, and the hours are 8 am to 5 pm.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both in writing and speaking
- Exemplary conduct when using the phone and email
- Possibility of working onsite in Hollywood for at least two days per week Superior computer skills
