Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to a diverse customer base, including Dealers, OEMs, Associations, Finance Companies, and more within the RV, Marine, Powersports, Trailer, and Manufactured Housing industries. You will collaborate closely with sales and product teams to support, retain, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire customer lifecycle, including new account setups, onboarding, and ongoing support.
- Maintain customer accounts, handle territory change requests, and assist with updates to reports.
- Contribute to cancellation management and customer retention efforts.
- Recommend and demonstrate the value of product upgrades.
- Handle customer inquiries, ensuring prompt responses and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on product and process enhancements.
- Analyze and troubleshoot customer concerns related to their accounts.
- Assist with data vendor audits and communications.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis and deriving insights.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external customers.
Bonus Points:
- Sales experience.
- Proficiency in software like Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Suite, and CRM.
- Experience with Data solutions and Digital Advertising solutions.
- Basic knowledge of RV, Powersports, Marine, Trailer, and Manufactured Housing.
