Job Type: Client Service Representative from home

The Client Service Representative is in charge of giving Allied members, such as HR reps, brokers, and other diverse clients, outstanding customer service. They must respond to all questions and concerns as the primary point of contact in a prompt, polite, and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the point of contact for the customer or broker and the departments and allied executives involved in the benefit plan.
  • Forward client complaints as soon as possible to the appropriate departments, such as Account Management, Eligibility, and Claims.
  • When needed, provide Account Managers with an extra resource.
  • Communicate with clients and brokers on information pertaining to reporting, industry-related matters, and legislation, as well as the resolution of claim issues.
  • Complete the month-end plan by resolving any outstanding claims.
  • Collaborate with other Allied departments to troubleshoot, identify, and enhance internal procedures.
  • Collaborate with and strengthen ties with other internal teams, such eligibility and claims.
  • Manage claim assessments and service level agreements to aid in the renewal of ongoing claims.
  • As assigned, work on particular projects, responsibilities, or tasks.

Requirements:

INSTRUCTION

  • A bachelor’s degree or similar professional experience.

ABILITY AND SKILLS

  • It takes one to three years of experience with medical claims.
  • Processing claims before is a plus.
  • abilities in customer service.
  • job experience with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access, and Microsoft Office at an intermediate level. Necessary
  • Preferred RIMS Claim Processing System
  • Applications on the Web Necessary
