  • When it comes to addressing technical issues and guaranteeing a flawless streaming experience, you will be their first choice.

  • Help visitors with account management, billing inquiries, content concerns, and basic site and application navigation by phone and/or chat.
  • Make suggestions for streaming products based on every interaction with a viewer.
  • Other tasks as they come up.

  • A minimum of one year of customer service experience and a high school diploma or GED are required.
  • Expertise in Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows operating systems.

  • Strict requirements for written communication, including correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Strong documentation and understanding abilities.
  • Proficiency with email, instant messaging, and the Internet.
  • Comfort level with digital devices and streaming services.
  • A cheerful, flexible mindset that is prepared to change course to accommodate the demands of our team and audience.
  • Skillful and proficient communication abilities.
