The Client Services Specialist will help customers with their primary service-related responsibilities when they use our SeatGeek Enterprise products, such as Rally, Unify, and more. This might involve proactive on-sale activity coordination, helping with ticketing software setting, and serving as a go-to source for system best practices. The Manager of Client Services will receive reports from the Client Services Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the client’s team, managers, and business by working together to guarantee seamless daily ticketing operations.
  • Meet and surpass client service level agreements while assisting clients with the launch of ticketing operations. Season ticket renewals, relocations, the introduction of the new season’s schedule and its pre- and on-sale information, season deposits, package and plan sales, playoffs, and standalone event pre- and on-sales (like a concert) are all included in this.
  • Help with software setups as needed, such as event setup, access control, tax and fee configuration, package and plan configuration, payment configuration, online offers, reporting requirements, and partner setup for ticket distribution.
  • Provide assigned clients advice on technical and operational best practices.
  • Build rapport with the ticket operations team of your clients and be the one to regularly check in with them on their wants, requirements, and the status of their ticket launches.
  • Deliver results for SeatGeek Enterprise clients by collaborating internally with Client Success Managers, Project Managers, Product Managers, Product Support, Fan Support, and more.
  • 1-3 times a year, on-site assistance with event day operations and occasional travel

Requirements:

  • Two or more years of expertise in ticket operations for live entertainment or sports groups
  • Dedicated to using ticketing technology and associated services to meet and surpass client expectations

  • Outstanding teamwork and communication abilities combined with an optimistic outlook in even the most trying circumstances
