Transferring over previous client data is a crucial part of the transition that occurs when our customers decide to run their businesses with Housecall Pro. This includes information kept in spreadsheets, other programs, including Quickbooks. Understanding the current condition of the data, spotting possible problems, and helping to format and prepare the data for transfer into Housecall Pro are all part of the job description for data specialists. Through this process, we can collaborate with the expert to create a strategy, establish realistic expectations, and resolve persistent data problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the data’s source and quality, spot any possible problems, and create a unique action plan.
  • Possibility of coaching best practices through connection of HCP Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online
  • Inform our product/engineering team of recurring patterns and potential areas for future development.
  • Produce and manage Quickbooks support content. Capable of cross-functionally communicating customer information, trends, and comments.
  • Improve the Pro experience by aggressively looking for ways to innovate on current procedures.

Requirements:

  • Preferably a bachelor’s degree
  • Two to four years of full-time experience in engineering, data implementation, customer success, or implementation
  • Quickbooks Experience with desktop and web applications is necessary.
  • Experience exceeding sales targets or customer success
  • demonstrated ability to engage with cross-functional teams and forge strong bonds both inside and outside the company
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, motivation, drive, and a self-starting mentality; ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative atmosphere; experience building relationships with new clients and acting as a consultant; excellent written and verbal communication skills
