Responsibilities:

  • Identifies customer needs and provides pertinent advice, direction, and education on Regions’ financial products and services, including all loan and deposit products, in order to meet Contact Center targets and goals.
  • Answers incoming calls from clients of Regions who have a strong likelihood of pursuing additional business.
  • Assumes responsibility for client concerns and collaborates proactively with them to find solutions
  • Refers clients who have sophisticated financial needs and ambitions to an internal team of specialists
  • Either closely supervised or in accordance with established protocols

The Fair Labor Standards Act permits overtime pay for labor beyond forty hours per week for positions that require time tracking.

This job qualifies for incentives.

Requirements:

  • GED or high school diploma

At order to apply for a position where the candidate would work remotely rather than at a Regions facility, the following technological requirements must be met:

  • A minimum 50 megabits per second (Mbps) download speed. This information ought to be provided by the Internet Service Provider (ISP).
  • A minimum upload rate of 5 megabits per second (Mbps). This information ought to be provided by the Internet Service Provider (ISP).
  • To verify download speed, use speedtest.net, or provide provider documentation.
  • You cannot utilize satellite internet. Using Regions Equipment is prohibited when using Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi extenders. The Meraki device (supplied by Regions) needs to be directly attached to the Internet Router via an Ethernet connection.
