Job Type: Customer Service Representative from home
Location: Amarillo work from home

Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce database and customer contact are used for case management and first case triage of incoming cases.
  • Keep a record of any issues raised and actions taken, making sure to keep the client informed during the ticket’s ownership
  • To resolve or escalate to the right teams, identify, communicate, and make use of the relevant resources.
  • Gain thorough understanding of the Wavemark back end application and customer in order to efficiently prioritize issues.
  • Establishing and maintaining user accounts
  • Overseeing the RMA procedure with clients
  • In the field, conduct first-line reactive monitoring for malfunctioning devices.
  • Work together and in tandem with other departments to address consumer concerns.
  • Participate fully in team meetings, especially the case reviews.

Requirements:

  • Preferably a BA, BS, or comparable experience in a similar field
  • Preferably two to four years of experience in customer service
  • Prior Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Must possess concise, clear writing and speaking abilities
  • It is preferred to have knowledge of hospital process area workflows.
  • Able to prioritize and multitask well to ensure that every client receives the best possible customer service
