Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone calls and transfer them to the right person.
- Make purchase orders for the daily receipts and place supply orders for the shop and office.

- Assist with customer support inquiries related to order entry, billing, credit, expediting, order maintenance, and claims.

Requirements:
