Responsibilities:

Working from home as a Seasonal Customer Service Representative (Bilingual: Spanish / English), you will:

• Assist clients with technical problems and provide inbound customer assistance using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language.
• Organize, record, and access data in databases.
• Provide supplementary goods and/or services
• Provide knowledgeable client service while grinning

• The capacity to speak English and Spanish with ease
• one or more years of experience in customer service
• a GED or high school diploma
• A peaceful, distraction-free workspace at home with good computer navigation abilities and PC expertise
• Competency in rapid-fire multitasking
• willingness to pick up new skills

Computer Requirements:

• Bring a personal electronic gadget. This job does not provide equipment loans.
• A desktop or laptop computer is required; Chromebooks, iPads, tablets, cell phones, etc. are not acceptable.
• Select an operating system: MacOS 10.15, Windows 10+, or MacOS 12.
• Memory: 8GB or more
• Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 or Intel i5
• DSL, Cable, or Fiber connection is required for internet access; satellite and wireless/hotspot connections are not authorized.
• Speeds: 3 Mbps or more for upload and 10 Mbps for download.
• You will need to hardwire an Ethernet cable while working.
• Must be a resident of the United States or possess a current U.S. address
