Responsibilities:
You will receive training to handle many customer service call types in this multifaceted profession, such as collections, retention, sales channel coordination, billing and adjustments, and advanced technical support. As you navigate between various tools and systems to update client accounts and keep records, you’ll apply your creative problem-solving abilities to solve complicated consumer issues and concerns. Your objectives will be to give consumers prompt, efficient service and tailored suggestions for our newest goods and services. Your consultative strategy will enable you to surpass monthly sales targets and, in the end, provide exceptional customer service.
How your day-to-day activities will be
- By carefully listening to the consumers and applying your understanding of AT&T’s offerings to provide efficient customer service and retention, you will foster confidence and loyalty in them.
- You’ll be an expert in making in&T’s product and service features, rate plans, and client bills easier to understand.
- When necessary, you will also work with third-party vendors and suppliers, as well as Tier 3 support (IT and network), to resolve customer concerns and service errors.
- You’ll manage wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill assistance, after-hours questions, and pre-paid service using your core skills.
- Your problem-solving abilities will be put to use as you troubleshoot and address a variety of issues that affect customers, including voice and data, across many networks and elements. In order to give your customers the greatest possible resolution, you will need to stay up to date on advancements in both technology and applications.
- Get consumers up and running with the newest services and products, including USB devices, air cards, and software and applications from AT&T.
- In order to guarantee that you are available to take calls from customers and deliver great service, you will work a defined schedule that includes meals, breaks, and scheduled open time in this full-time WFH position (40 hours per week).
Requirements:
- You will require an established dedicated work location (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection) and verified internet service (safe, dependable, and dedicated high speed is essential to suit business needs). AT&T will provide you all the tools you need to get going! (Keyboard, display, PC, handheld gadget, etc.)
- You will take part in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.) and your workspace must adhere to WFH standards (e.g., technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy, etc.).
- In addition to adhering to technical support procedures, organizational security and compliance standards, performance management, recurring management procedures, trainings, and manual and automated remote monitoring policies, you will also need to be available, accessible, and accountable for your work during set work schedules and shifts.
