- Working in a contact center as a customer care representative

- Exceptional customer service and meticulous attention to detail. accurately entering information
- Depending on complexity, the number of calls evaluated for quality and accuracy per day could range from 50 to 100.
- Track information and update customer communications using a variety of platforms and applications.
