Requirements:
One or more years of customer service experience in an office or call center
Hired based on applicant’s resume and test results (NO CLIENT INTERVIEW).
Responsibilities:
A Pharmacy Benefit Management firm is hiring a customer service contact center agent for this position. 90% of calls for follow-up are inbound; 10% are outbound. Up to 80 calls per day from Medicare Part D, Members, or Physician/Pharmacy will be answered by representatives.
