A developing manufacturing company is expanding its customer service team by hiring. They are a sizable, well-known worldwide organization with an impact on the world in many fields.
This is a full-time position with the option to work two days a week (HYBRID) from home.
Responsibilities:
You will be part of a team, answer client questions, and serve as a bridge between internal divisions (sales, finance, production, etc.) while reporting to the customer service manager.
An overview of the duties is as follows:
- Answer incoming calls from clients regarding orders, questions, or problems.
- Process orders from consumers and conduct contract reviews
- Answer questions about pricing, expediting requests, and inventory status.
- Keep track of client accounts with ERP software.
- Serve as a link between internal divisions and customers to deliver service.
Requirements:
- A minimum of two years’ experience working in manufacturing customer service is required for the ideal applicant. Microsoft Office proficiency and a focus on customer care are preferred.
- Possibility of working two hybrid home-office days per week.
