Responsibilities:
As they deal with high number inbound calls and emails throughout the day, seasonal customer service representatives should be able to inform customers and pair products as needed. The objective of the customer service representative is to sell the best product for the customer, not the most expensive one. Knowing your stuff is a major plus.
- Respond to all inbound/outbound calls to provide great customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- High-level diplomacy and negotiation to settle conflicting expectations (consumer vs. corporate policy)
- Provide assistance to clients with regard to new and ongoing accounts, account billing, and payment details.
- Respond to consumer inquiries quickly and effectively.
- Exercises discretion in deciding whether to provide consumers with financial and non-financial support.
- Constantly try to learn about modifications to products and services.
- Be a patient and sympathetic active listener in an unscripted setting.
- Answering ten emails about products every hour, as well as making unscripted conversations that are personalized to the particular client they are working with.

Retail, server, cashier, call center, associate, front desk, inbound, outbound, and Microsoft Office are all terms used in customer service.
Additional abilities & credentials:
- Seeking experience in administration, sales, and retail (any industry accepted)
- Proficient with Microsoft products and computers
