Providence St. Joseph Health is seeking Customer Service Representatives to work remotely within the states of Montana, New Mexico, and Texas. This role involves multiple openings and contributes to achieving service delivery, performance standards, and financial targets by ensuring a positive customer experience for Providence patients while efficiently resolving patient accounts. It requires adherence to schedules and handling time standards while treating customers with compassion, respect, and privacy.

Key Information:

• Location: Remote within specific states (MT, NM, and/or TX).
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6 pm PST (schedule may change based on training/business requirements).
• Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a positive customer experience for PH&S (Providence St. Joseph Health) patients while resolving patient accounts promptly.
• Adhere closely to set schedules and handle time standards.
• Treat customers with compassion, respect, and uphold their privacy.
