For a client in York, Pennsylvania, Aston Carter is seeking Customer Service Representatives. These jobs offer on-site training with the option of moving remotely after six to twelve months. These employees interact with customers to discuss orders, products, etc.
Working Conditions:
3 positions in kitchen and bathroom cabinetry; 8:15 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday
Building Goods; 3 positions; Monday through Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Exemplary customer service and are a valuable member of our team.

- It’s necessary to have the desire to keep growing and learning. Ability to prioritize incoming process in a fast-paced setting
- Able to manage between 80 and 100 calls per day
- Take pleasure in working with a group that is committed to provide the best possible customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience with customer service
- SAP experience is an asset. Data entry experience
- Experience in call centers is a plus
- Ability to read, speak, and write in English
- GED or high school diploma
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
