An experienced and qualified customer support representative is needed to join our client’s constantly expanding staff of help desk specialists. Employees in this position will respond to a variety of customer issues or inquiries and function as the initial point of contact for SAM.Gov users. The job is well paid and comes with a long list of perks, such a completely flexible schedule.
Requirements:
- US citizenship is necessary to get a federal security clearance for this position, along with one or more years of experience working in a call center or help desk.
- The flexibility to work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 8 pm

Responsibilities:
- Answers incoming calls on the client’s behalf and gives them accurate and pertinent information.
- Makes outbound calls for customer service or satisfaction as directed by the client
- Call guidelines are completed, information is gathered and verified, and standards for customer service and documentation are followed within the allotted time constraints.
