Monday-Friday 4:00am-12:45pm
Responsibilities:
- Process commands
- Answer emails from vendors and clients
- Send customer service the pricing and rate.
- Reviewing the accuracy of incoming orders, gathering and entering orders sent by fax, email, voicemail, or online order entry transmission
- Verify the accuracy of any orders being sent out.
- Deal with clients, vendors, and coworkers in a professional manner over the phone, via email, and in person.
- Assist other team members and departments in order to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Inquire with the procurement department and/or the warehouse employees about out-of-stocks, backorders, and will-call orders.
- Respond quickly to consumer complaints
- Streamline billing

- Send information about costs and quotes.
- Examine and fix problems with product returns
- Respond to inquiries from online merchants and their clients
- Follow shipments
- Carry out a data entry operation.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, MS Office Suite proficiency, and 10-key typing speed of 45WPM are essential.
- Requires a high school diploma
- You’ll need to take a typing exam and use Microsoft Excel.
