Responsibilities:
As an employee of the Customer Experience department, you will respond to emails and phone calls pertaining to telehealth. Insurance verifications, benefit education, billing inquiries, prescription problems, technological difficulties, including up to real-time support in time-sensitive scenarios, are just a few examples of call drivers. You navigate several systems while handling a consistent amount of incoming calls from clients.
Our call center employees work as a cohesive team. We will be able to provide our clients and consumers with good experiences thanks to your outstanding communication and customer service skills. Your dependability and punctuality are essential to the success of our business.
Requirements:
We are seeking individuals who have a strong desire to assist others, are inherently compassionate, and are committed to providing a thorough response to these calls pertaining to healthcare. Although not necessary, prior customer service experience is a plus. In order to succeed in this position, you will possess:
- The capacity to finish a three-week online training course with success. One day of training cannot be skipped!
- Rapid internet access
- Capable of typing 40 words per minute with 96% precision
- Superior problem-solving abilities
- Capacity to multitask efficiently
- Graduation from high school, GED, or college degree
- exceptional ability to communicate
- Willingness to work on weekends
