What you intend to do
- Transport varying weights of baggage and goods to and from aircraft.
- Drive and operate belt loaders
- Ground power and air conditioning are available to service airplanes at gates.
- Tow and push airplanes away from gates
- Water ports and service aircraft lavatories
- As necessary, clean the interior of the aircraft.
- Place refreshment and luggage carts around the ramp.
- Works outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Work shifts with irregular and/or extended hours, as well as weekends and holidays.

Everything you’ll need to succeed
- GED, high school diploma, or international equivalent
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Lift, load, unload, and transfer bags and goods to/from aircraft’s, bag carts, and conveyor belts
- Basic computer abilities are required, as well as awareness of the capacity to use them.
- People-oriented and highly motivated, with a cheerful and cooperative demeanor
- Excellent communication abilities
- Valid driver’s license, if required by local authorities
- If applicable, must be able to get proper airport authorization and/or US Customs security badges.
- To satisfy company and security standards, a pre-employment drug screen, detailed background check, and/or fingerprinting must be completed.
- Possibility of obtaining jet bridge certification
- Must be able to pass a background check conducted by the US Postal Service.
