Responsibilities:
A key component of the HearingLife Patient Support Center is the Customer Service Representative (CSR). In order to assist HearingLife Clinics around the country, the CSR communicates with consumers over the phone and responds to marketing enquiries. In this position, you will have direct contact with our esteemed clients, taking the time to respond to inquiries about our vital health services in a pleasant, polite, and professional manner. You will also be responsible for transferring any calls to the relevant business partner. We would want to chat with you if you enjoy interacting with people, using computers, making connections, and answering phones.
- Facilitate customer contact in a distant call center setting
- Follow up with clients to arrange appointments and confirm details
- Correctly enter consumer information into the system and correspond via email
Requirements:
