To add customer service representatives to our team of healthcare administrators, we are now hiring.
With 8-hour shifts from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., this position is 100% REMOTE Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls to help members enroll in benefits
- Keep accurate records of all member information.
- Address any queries or worries regarding client benefit information and offer assistance.
- Assist customers and respect the confidentiality of member identities.
- Examine the member’s enrollment information and ensure acceptance.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience in a call center is necessary.
- Powerful, proficient communication abilities
- Ability to perform 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
