Responsibilities:

• Answering calls from clients with inquiries.
• Helping with problems relating to applications or websites.
• Responding to inquiries from customers about goods or services.
• Comprehensive documentation of client interactions using appropriate syntax, punctuation, and spelling in the client system.
• Importing data into the client’s system from documents.
• When necessary, placing outbound calls to obtain client data that is absent from applications.
• Extra responsibilities as required; these will be covered in your interview.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
• minimum of a year’s worth of call center experience
• The online training will be paid for by us, but you have to make a 100% attendance commitment with no absences.
• possess the ability to finish and pass a background check

• Desktop or laptop (Android, Winbooks, Winbooks, Smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebooks, and Tablets are incompatible with these devices)
• Operating system: Mac OS Monterey or Later, Windows 10/11
• Dual-core processor running at 2 GHz or higher
• RAM: 4GB or more
• Hard drive: at least 20 GB
• Every accessory needs to be connected (wireless mice, keyboards, or headsets are not permitted).
• Must have dependable high-speed internet; no Wi-Fi or satellite-based service, no wireless providers like T-Mobile or Verizon; minimum download and upload speeds of 20 MB and 10 MB, respectively; DSL, Cable, Fiber ONLY
• A wired USB headset with an integrated microphone and noise reduction is necessary for this role.
• It is a must that you have a live, working webcam.
• You’ll need a second screen or monitor.
