Position Description:

As a Specialist, you’ll learn to uncover customers’ requirements and then follow through with meaningful solutions. You will not only be the first person consumers see when they enter the store, but you will also be the one who guides them — advising, selling, and even setting up their new things. You also play various duties in the store, such as maintaining visual merchandising and aiding team members. Constantly curious, you stay up to date on product and initiative news, ready to apply your knowledge in client interactions. You will receive training to ensure your success. Team and individual productivity, as well as overall store performance, are used to determine your success. You’re pleased to be an Apple representative, and you receive a lot of satisfaction from assisting clients in developing lifelong relationships with Apple.

  • With a passion in technology, particularly Apple goods, you have the agility to learn new products and features.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service in any setting and to be energized by regular personal interaction.
