As a Client Services Representative, your primary responsibility is to efficiently resolve clients’ needs by becoming proficient in knowledge base requirements and utilizing various platforms, systems, and tools to maintain client records and transactions. You will ensure proper documentation of client interactions, manage tasks efficiently, identify client needs, and provide solutions or alternatives. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, meeting call quality guidelines, and collaborating across the organization are key aspects of this role. You will also assist clients with onboarding, dispatch available vehicles, and educate clients on using client-facing tools.

Responsibilities:

• Become proficient in knowledge base requirements to efficiently resolve client needs.
• Master all platforms, systems, and tools for maintaining client records and data.
• Document client interactions for continuity and accuracy.
• Manage a high volume of tasks efficiently.
• Identify client needs, research, and provide solutions.
• Build sustainable client relationships and provide excellent service.
• Meet or exceed established call quality and performance criteria.
• Collaborate across the organization to resolve client requests.
• Assist clients with onboarding and provide guidance.
• Dispatch vehicles to clients as needed.
• Educate clients on using client-facing tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of related experience.
• OR any level of degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 3 years of experience.
• OR 7 years of experience in a related field.
