Requirements:
- Experience providing customer service in the retail, service, or hospitality industries (must have a respectable amount of time in each role)
- Skills: Computer proficiency, written and verbal communication, customer service experience, interpersonal skills
- Education: Completion of high school or its equivalent
- Physical Requirements: To interact with staff and clients, one must be able to see, hear, talk, and write clearly. Requires manual dexterity.
