A client in the real estate business needs help from a contractor for two to four months in the Mid-Peninsula area of San Mateo County. Once you’re fully trained for this job, you may be able to work from home. The CFO will be your boss. Apply today to be considered right away!

Responsibilities:

• Handle the day-to-day business of the company + Property Management Accounting software and Excel are used to collect and record fees. Receivable billing for property bill backs must include consulting work + All of a company’s cash receipts are scanned to the bank. Payable processing for all business entities, including coding, workflow coordination, and payment of all business bills.
• Help make all monthly and annual reports, consolidated financial statements, supporting schedules, and analyses for four corporate entities.
• One-off projects
• Help make a monthly corporate budget variance report (can be trained to do this) + Bank reconciliations for all corporate entities and payroll accounts + Help manage cash flow and cash needs for four corporate entities + Help make payroll system reports

Requirements:

• Experience with General Ledger + Advanced Microsoft Excel, Pivot Table, and VLOOKUP + MRI, Avid, or RealPage is a plus + Bank Reconciliations can be done with more than one account.
• Accounts Receivables (AR) and Accounts Payables (AP) (AP)
