40-hour schedule, M-F. hybrid (2–3 office days per week)

Candidate Location: The candidate must be in or commutable from one of the offices: Houston or Plano, Texas

Type: W-2 contract to hire for 18 months.

Clarification of the role: Web content specialists, web content producers, web developer specialists, and CMS authors are suitable candidates. This is not a chance for a typical content producer, such as an editor, writer, video producer, or content developer.

Requirements:

  • 3 years or more of experience creating pages in a CMS (AEM)
  • Testing and requirements knowledge for cross-browser and cross-device software
  • Complying with all legal, regulatory, and branding criteria
  • Working familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (is a plus)
  • Precision, accuracy, and high standards
  • Prior personalisation expertise with Adobe Target (is a plus)
  • The capacity to resolve problems with front-end functionality
  • Prior responsibilities and/or experience in design production, user experience, and/or CX (is a plus)
  • The capacity to communicate in writing and vocally with assurance and effectiveness
  • Confident managing numerous projects with competing deadlines.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and committed to achieving success
  • Agile education and/or experience (is a plus)
  • Proven track record of working with big teams while displaying excellent communication abilities

Overview of the job description:

We are looking for a digital content producer who is eager to work with the group to create and share digital experiences. This person will work on a cross-functional team to make sure that the website’s regular business requirements are met and will be in charge of the project’s prompt completion. This person will collaborate with the website development team to add new functions and upgrades.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a cross-functional tech team that collaborates with several business teams to achieve the company’s objectives.
  • Contribute to a culture that values and promotes variety of ideas and experience.
  • Choosing templates, modules, and components; adding or changing content (copy photos, videos, tags, and SEO metadata) to create web pages in accordance with brand requirements; receiving stakeholder input; and receiving compliance approval.
  • Update the Workfront or JIRA project status.
  • Participate in stand-up meetings, QA, defect resolving, acceptance testing, and other project implementation and launch activities with development and other internal team members.
  • In charge of ensuring that new digital initiatives and capabilities are completed on schedule
  • Additional duties could involve managing assets and photos inside Adobe Digital, designing workflows, producing experience fragments, providing thorough authoring documentation, and instructing peers and authors.
