We are looking for a creative Social Media Content Manager that can turn passersby into devoted customers and raving fans. This person should be able to create genuine engagement, leverage social media channels for growth, and think strategically. To manage, grow, and improve our brand’s online presence, this position calls for a keen understanding of digital marketing in addition to a healthy dose of creativity and strategic planning.
This is a remote, full-time role.
Requirements:
Specifically, we are searching for a social media content manager who meets the following criteria:
- Two or more years of expertise managing a personal brand’s social media content. Proven ability to create content for several social media channels and employ channel-specific tactics.
- Comprehensive understanding of Google Analytics, social media KPIs, SEO, and keyword research
- the capacity to develop relatable, interesting content and embrace brand voice
- Video editing abilities (Adobe Premier, Capcut, Final Cut Pro)
- Proficiency in graphic design using Photoshop and InDesign
- Working knowledge of sales and customer success teams
- proactive detection of upcoming digital technology trends
- a strong emphasis on gaining fans on other platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Responsibilities:
Among your duties will be (but are not restricted to):
Content Management and Creation:
- Create and put into action a unified content strategy for all social media channels.
- Produce, choose, oversee, and enhance published content (pictures, videos, written wording).
- Make sure the tone, quality, and style of your brand are all consistent.
- Oversee social media strategies, including sponsored advertising, and work with partners and influencers to plan promotional events.
Growth and Engagement:
- Use growth tactics to boost conversion rates, followers, and engagement.
- Establish objectives and policies unique to each channel, and customize your approach and content for each one.
- Interact with the community by keeping an eye on reviews, answering questions promptly, and
- Launch lead-and revenue-generating campaigns with Chat Funnel Marketing.
Working together and managing campaigns:
- For brand consistency, collaborate closely with the teams in charge of marketing, sales, customer support, and content.
- Create and carry out social media strategies that are high-converting, lead-generating, and results-oriented.
- Use CRM software, such as HubSpot, to manage social media and link social media posts to pertinent marketing initiatives.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Keep an eye on, document, and evaluate social media platforms’ performance.
- Monitor significant KPIs, evaluate critical metrics, and modify plans in response to performance information.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in social media channels, tools, apps, design, and strategy.
