Working with important stakeholders and applying your SAP HCM functional expertise throughout several stages of the software development life cycle, including requirements elicitation, application architecture definition, and design, are requirements of this position. In providing solutions for time enhancements, you will be crucial. Lead testing and validation for all support and testing initiatives pertaining to system, environment, and process improvement.

Requirements:
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM)

- Holds a high school diploma, GED, or other equivalent qualification.
- Possesses legal permission to work in the US and is at least 18 years old.
- Had at least five years of expertise with SAP Time Evaluation and had extensive knowledge of gathering time data, calculating quota values, and generating wage types in FLSA- and collective-bargaining-friendly situations.
- Good knowledge of payroll, organizational management, benefits, and PA
- Knowledge of the Fiori layers built on top of the CATS backend.
- Utilizing best practices, a solid foundation was used in the design and construction of the time and PCR schema.
- Diligent tester who includes solutions for regression testing.
- Can offer knowledge and practical experience with both downstream systems and reporting and upstream Time Data Capture System Integrations.
- Knowledge of HRSP deployment
- Employees should be well-versed with Off-cycle processes, BSI tax factories, and Tax Reporting – PU19.
- Experience with postings, month-end accruals, and the 401k procedure is required.
- Knowledge of SAP Custom reports and interfaces.
- Experience with SF-EC integration testing and parallel payroll testing.
- Using the defects module in ServiceNow or Agility, track defects with the system integrator and document them.
- Should be familiar with ticketing software.
- Analytical and communication abilities both in-person and remotely.
WHAT WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS)
- A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in a foreign language from a recognized school is necessary. Will also take into account three years of steadily increasing experience in the field in place of one year of education.
- Information technology experience of at least 7 years
- Atlanta, Georgia, is the location for this role, and travel on-site is necessary.
