Position Description:
Our ideal applicant is a real self-starter with understanding and enthusiasm for blockchain technology, expertise in community building, strong communication and research abilities, perfect English, and these qualities.
You will collaborate with our Head of Growth to develop and nurture Interlay, one of the most interesting new blockchain communities, as well as with the CEO and CTO to turn technical material into blog entries for a larger audience.

What you plan to do
- You will spend 40% of your time creating content and 40% of your time managing the community. When you:
- Create and implement a plan to expand our community (AMAs, polls, giveaways, influencers, etc.).
- Including technical blog entries, strategic blog posts, and announcements for collaborations, research, produce, and publish social media material.
- Control and restrain Communities from Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and other platforms are interlaced.
- Reinforce our community’s user guidelines, handle specific user circumstances, measure and report analytics, keep an eye on the competition, etc.
- Use social media to promote our website and channels and increase visitors.
- Launch activation campaigns for influencers and outside communities, such as AMA competitions.
Requirements
- Experience in community management, research, marketing, and copywriting spanning at least three years
- Strong English communication abilities, both verbally and in writing; ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Result-driven, capable of multitasking, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain.
