Responsibilities:

• Contact tow yards, repossession companies, repair facilities, and other locations to arrange for the return of automobiles.
• Manage and keep up with more than 100 vehicle cases at any given time.
• Be really organized and use Excel to keep track of everything.
• Make follow-up calls to consumers and help with order processing
• When engaging with consumers, candidates must exhibit professionalism
• Have difficult talks with consumers in order to get them to pay you.
• Candidates must be capable of multitasking
• Must have a strong work ethic and team player attitude.

Requirements:

• Preferably 6+ months of experience with outbound calls. From sales or collections, perhaps
• High School Graduation
• Spanish language fluency is a plus
• Computer savvy
• Strong writing and grammar abilities
• The capacity for independent work
• Taking initiative with your daily tasks, professional development, and business expansion
