Position Description:

For one of our clients in Connecticut, Robert Half is now looking for a WORK FROM HOME Call Center Sales Specialist. In order to sell personal lines insurance coverage, your main duty in this role is to help consumers with their insurance needs by imparting your expertise of property and casualty insurance.

You must:

• Respond to call center lines that are extremely busy.
• Answer any callers’ inquiries and impart your understanding of property and liability insurance.
• Rapidly replying to consumers who have requested quotes will help you turn leads into purchases.
• provide advice and prices on insurance
• Create new and updated policies.
• Offer your clientele cross-selling chances.
• Establish connections with customers based on honesty and integrity
• Provide advice to consumers based on their demands
• Work both individually and together
• receive coaching from the entire sales team

Requirements

• You must possess a property and casualty license in your native state.
• Prior personal lines insurance sales experience is necessary.
• Required: prior experience working in a busy call center
• Requires a diligent and dependable attitude
• To accomplish departmental goals, it is necessary to be able to collaborate and operate independently.
• Ability to learn from many team members through mentorship and coaching
• Excellent sales and customer service abilities are necessary.
• Required: affable and courteous demeanor
