Responsibilities:

• Maintaining five-star customer service while supporting inbound calls for active orders
• Get deep knowledge of how our organization leverages its systems and procedures to encourage successful outcomes.
• Use a varied staff that is passionate about what we do and the influence we are having on this sector while operating with a willingness to develop.
• Go above and above to produce the finest result for our clients.

Plan: Must be accessible Mon–Sun 6 a.m.–midnight Training will go for two weeks, Monday through Friday from 8 to 5.

Location: North of Tempe Town Lake, at Priest and Washington.

Pay: $18 per hour plus $15 for each shift’s lunch.

Beginning in March or April

Using Zoom, conduct one interview with the manager.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience providing customer care via phone, email, or chat; however, consumer-facing experience is also acceptable
• You are a people-loving, customer-obsessed person.
• You are a strategic thinker who enjoys investigating new possibilities & improving processes.
• You can commute to our campus in Tempe, Arizona.
