We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative who can provide solution-based services to our valued customers. This position allows you to work from home with company-provided equipment and employee-provided connectivity. You will play a key role in promptly addressing customer inquiries, both internal and external, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer requests via fax, telephone, mail, and email.
• Handle external customer inquiries regarding products, orders, shipments, and more.
• Address internal customer inquiries from various departments.
• Review order entries for accuracy when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns, build effective work relationships, and communicate professionally.
• Take ownership of inquiries, utilize available resources to find solutions, conduct thorough reviews, and proactively follow up with concerned parties.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and participate in problem-solving meetings.
• Share best practices and lessons learned in team meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED Required.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Background in logistics and account management is highly preferred.
