A seasoned business analyst, especially with knowledge in logistics and supply chain, is needed by FreightWaves. This position will be a crucial contributor to our software development team’s effort to provide the logistics and supply chain sector with cutting-edge analytics solutions.

Your actions will be:

• Help the product manager identify the goals, purpose, and priorities for the applications developed by FreightWaves.
• Utilizing workshops, surveys, workflow storyboards, use cases, and other techniques, elicit, collect, analyze, and communicate business requirements for assigned product design, development, maintenance, and support activities.
• Clearly translates conceptual client requirements into functional requirements or specifications that are understandable to developers and the project team; collaborates with stakeholders, the product owner, and the project team to rank the requirements that have been gathered.
• Establish the technical vision in collaboration with developers and subject-matter experts, and examine trade-offs between usability and performance requirements.
• actively adds to the corporate knowledge base and identifies potential areas for internal process improvement.
